One-month support
For a focused treatment moment, decision period, retrieval, transfer, IUI cycle, or difficult waiting stretch.
Three-month support

“I’m incredibly grateful to Alison for the support she provided throughout my IUI journey. Fertility treatment can be overwhelming, both physically and emotionally, and having someone knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to reach made such a difference.
Throughout my IUI protocol, Alison was there for me through meetings, phone calls, and texts. She helped me prepare for medical appointments, think through questions to ask my providers, and talk through my medication instructions so I felt more informed and confident going into each step. She also shared insights from her own fertility experience, which made it especially easy to talk openly with her and helped me feel genuinely understood.
What meant the most to me was how present she was during the difficult moments. When I experienced medication side effects and wasn’t feeling well, Alison made time to talk with me that same day. Having someone who understood the process, listened without judgment, and could offer a calm and reassuring presence was invaluable.
There are so many appointments, medications, decisions, and emotions involved in fertility treatment, and Alison helped make the experience feel less overwhelming and much less lonely. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone going through IUI, IVF, or another fertility journey who wants a knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely supportive person in their corner.”

Boundaries
An IVF doula does not provide medical advice, interpret labs or embryo reports, recommend medication changes, diagnose, provide therapy, or guarantee outcomes. Support lives alongside your medical care.
